Support for Starting a Nursing Care Business

Japan was one of the first countries in the world to face an aging population and a declining birthrate, and it's evident that many other countries will soon experience similar demographic shifts. As people age, the need for nursing care inevitably arises.

In Asia and Oceania, we have observed nursing care systems that differ from Japan's. Through these observations, we have recognized that Japan’s strengths in nursing care can be beneficial.

While Japanese nursing care is constrained by the long-term care insurance system, and not all necessary services can be provided, we believe that Japan's continually evolving care holds a comparative advantage over care in other countries. Along with local entrepreneurs, we aim to offer new and innovative Japanese-style nursing services that are tailored to the culture and needs of each country. These services will incorporate personal care and the scientific approach to caregiving, which is becoming increasingly prevalent in Japan.

Regarding local caregiving staff, we plan to employ individuals from various countries who have gained experience in Japanese care facilities as trainees, using this as a foundation for Japanese-style care operation.
