Transitioned from a high school teacher to the President of a medical corporation. Operates multiple visiting clinics and nurse stations, and has been involved in the caregiving business since the early days of its development in Japan, managing over 53 caregiving facilities and clinics. Actively participates as an executive in caregiving industry organizations. After a business buyout, continues to be involved in the operation of orthopedic clinics and nursing homes. Early recognized the evolution of healthcare in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and for over a decade, has been involved in multiple healthcare initiatives and clinic management. Based on experience in investing in a pediatric clinic in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, now starting a new venture.

Born in Hanoi, Vietnam, and moved to Japan alone at the age of 15. Formerly a director of Alpha Group Co., Ltd. (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market) and later became the President of GIANTY. After achieving success in the mobile internet industry from its early days, he established an offshore development system in Vietnam for his company’s products, achieving full offshore operations. Utilizing business achievements in the USA, Japan, and Vietnam, he entered into healthcare business ventures, including e-commerce in healthcare segments such as baby products in Vietnam, and bridging the gap to bring Japan's advanced medical services to Vietnamese people.

Started as a certified public accountant conducting accounting audits at a major audit firm, followed by corporate consulting at a trust bank consulting department, before establishing a medical consulting company. Has provided management consulting and M&A services for numerous general corporations and over 150 medical institutions. Spent a decade researching 'The Role of Japanese Medicine in Asia', visiting three countries in East Asia and all 10 ASEAN countries, and surveying over 60 hospitals for a comprehensive understanding. Over the years, invested in a pediatric clinic in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City alongside our CEO. Using this experience, he has begun business development focused on Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

KATSUYUKI OKADA
Spent part of his early childhood in Germany, gaining insights before joining a specialized trading company. After honing skills in various business areas and achieving success in numerous ventures, built a global network with diverse entrepreneurs. Leveraging marketing expertise and language proficiency, he advanced international exchanges while engaging in distribution, food and beverage, and real estate businesses in Japan. While frequently visiting Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, he embarked on an e-commerce venture and subsequently entered the healthcare business. He is committed to strengthening Japan-Vietnam relations through initiatives in medical tourism.
